My recollection of the Worlds Fair is not much, just the US Royal Tire Ferris Wheel actually. It is always nice to look back at a time of innocence, when things were simpler :)

Remember the hot dogs at Howard Johnsons? The clam-which? The ice cream sodas? And Wetsons, oh wetsons, home of the 1/4 lb White Castles and crispy golden fries. I remember there was a Wetsons in Westbury on old Country road, and there was another located on Queens Blvd near Queens center mall.












Expo 67 Montreal, Canada
I have memories of La Ronde, the Gyrotron imparticular. That was a chain driven, train type ride inside the pyramid complex you see in the photos, and I remember a devil popping out at you at some point in the ride. That scared the crap out of a 7 year old LOL.
